We spent the week at Embassy Suites. We had breakfast and dinner often at Springs Grille Restaurant. The dinners are complimented with drinks from the hotel. The selection is decent. I had the linguine and meatballs one evening they was great. My wife had fish and chips. I had a cheeseburger my fist night. The food has a great taste and us cooked to order. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. The bar tenders were helpful and quick with the drinks.

Sprigs Grille is worth the trip. All of the food is very high quality and the service is top notch. The quesadilla is incredibly flavorful and the ginger wings are unlike any other wings I’ve had. I can also recommend the Upcountry salad. For dessert, the bread pudding tasted like a sweet hybrid of brownie and bread pudding. The pineapple and creme parfait was sweet and not to be missed. Chef Todd came over to our table and chatted with us which was another nice personal touch on top of a great meal. Overall, I highly recommend Sprigs Grille.

Really enjoyed our dinner! Went there to celebrate a friend's birthday on Sunday evening. We didn't have a reservation but it was ok since it wasn't crowded and therefore, we could be seated immediately. The hostess was kind and friendly. Service was also great. Our server had charm, was professional and just quite delightful! She was keen to observe the birthday gift on the table and asked if either of us was celebrating a birthday. So at the end of our dinner she brought out a lovely birthday bread pudding, which was accompanied with berries and macadamia nut ice cream. I realized I got ahead of myself there, talking about the dessert. So here goes the dining experience leading up to dessert... We enjoyed doing what we call here in Hawaii "talking story" with both our hostess and server. Both made us feel like we were family. My friend and I started our evening with the lemon drop cocktail, which is actually our server's favorite since it's delicious and made with fresh lemons instead of anything artificial. The taste confirmed its freshness- it was like an adult lemonade, with vodka mixed in and sugar around the rim. Now with a nice healthy buzz, we continue our dinner... I got the Huli huli chicken, which was a great choice for me. The chicken was tender and flavorful. The mashed potatoes were nicely done, good texture and had some body to it- not too soft and there were some potato skins in them, which I personally enjoy. The dish also included kale corn on the cob, which had butter and some cheese crumbles on top. The chicken was certainly the star of the dish but the sides certainly accomplished it well and were flavorful. I usually don't like kale, as I don't usually like the taste nor texture. However, the kale in this dish was flavored well and since it was cooked, as opposed to being in a salad raw, I liked the texture better. It seemed to have been seasoned, which improved it greatly, in comparison to the natural taste. I enjoyed both the taste of the Huli Huli chicken dish and because it was quite balanced and healthy. My friend order the fettuccine alfredo with fish. You can order it with fish, chicken or plain. He LOVED this dish!! I tasted it and he was absolutely right, delicious! The bread pudding was delicious as well! Since it was birthday bread pudding, we were not charged for it either, which was unexpected and appreciated. Sprigs doesn't usually get many guests from outside the hotel. So even if you live here or are visiting but chose to stay at other accommodations, if you're on the westside, Springs would be a nice, healthy dining option for your trip.

Can’t really say to much about the service and atmosphere because it was take out but staff was friendly and we revived our food In a timely way. The kalua nachos are great, the cheese and ingredients are mixed throughout the nachos and not just stack in top leaving nothing on the bottom like other places. Would recommend.
